According to the decision of Ukrzaliznytsia, starting from April 6, 2013, all railway tickets purchased are non-transferable. Regardless of the type of ticket purchased (electronic, paper), first name and last name of a passenger must be indicated on it.

An obligatory condition for boarding a train is to show a travel document together with an identity document of a passenger.

When purchasing a ticket through the Internet, you must specify the first name and last name of a passenger in the same language in which they are indicated on a document that you will show to a train conductor when boarding a train.

Please note! No more than 3 mistakes are allowed if they do not significantly impede the reading of the first name and last name.
